Spider-Man 3 Theatrical Trailer

sony said it can do up to six contract wise... not included in the contract is tobey sam raimi and the rest of the gang....
 
That would be great, but I haven't seen anything mentioning a 4th film. I go to comics2film.com for all my hero news, and they are pretty spot on.
 
It's possible it will only be so-so. I still say they are trying to pack in to many story elements, and departing from the already good storyline. If nothing else, it will be full of action and cool effects.
 
Saw it tonight on CBS. Gee I'll date myself here but Venom didn't come out until after I stopped reading Spiderman.

Now Spidey/Peter Parker was taken over by a black Spiderman suit. So is that why you guys were talking about?
 
Dating yourself? LOL! The black suit is actually an alien symbiote, brought back from the moon by Jameson's son, who turns into a werewolf. The symbiote latches onto Spidey, and soon starts to take over him. He fights it off, but it absorbs some of his characteristics. Enter Eddy Brock, who has a huge grudge against Parker and Spidey. The symbiote finds him, and Eddy doesn't fight it- he loves the new power, becoming Venom.

Oops! I hope I didn't just spoil it for anyone!
 
yeah pretty much spot on. secret wars and all... he had the costume for the latter half of the 70's the late 1980's todd macfarnlene (only 18 and the most noted artist at marvel) design and help creat venom one the top villans in comic history.

Damn it! Thank you! Why do they have to do that. Spider-man (movies) could run forever. There are tons of stories to tell. Tell them one by one and try to stick to something.

I wish I didn't have to agree with your last sentence, but as the Super Hero movies go, you hit the nail on the head, bent it, straightened it out, and hit it again.
 
Venom is in the trailer. (or i believe so). If you watch at the very end when spidy is reaching his hand out.. look at his neck and you can see a black ?sting/web? around his neck as if he is being choked by ?Venom?
 
I think that is just the symbiote fighting Parker's attempts to remove it. From what I saw, they are just building up to Venom in another chapter.
 
Did anyone else notice a bit of clunky animation and really funky shading? The latter might be because of compression- but still. I hope those aren't finalized effects.

I'm not too worried though, the effects have never been a problem for the Spider-Man series.

I am AMPED. Have always, and will always be a huge Spidey fan.
