Just curious which TV shows people are into at the moment. I live in Japan so i ummm err Torrent my choices, which currently involve Lost, Heroes and Weeds.

I've heard good things about Grays Anatomy but have yet to check it out. I watched 24 for a while but i dont know if i can take more of it at the moment.

what else is on? (oh ya and robot chicken is hilarious)

Heroes is probably one of the best shows to hit TV in a long time. Other than that there really isn't much worth watching.

if you're into funny comedy you might want to try Ugly Betty. It's really well written

and if you like Robot Chickent you HAVE to watch Aqua Teen Hunger Force and The Brak Show.

I love Robot Chicken, hate Hunger Force, and many of the toons they show at night. What are they on? Cocoa Crackies?

Anyways, the wife watches Ghost Whisperer, which isn't too awful. I tried Heroes, and wasn't impressed by the first few shows. Supernatural on the WB is really pretty good though, and so is Smallville, at least the last couple of seasons are.

South Park
SNL
30 Rock (i could fall off any week)
Battlestar Galactica
Lost
My Name is Earl
Office
nightly dose of Inside the NBA
Flavor of Love season 2 was pretty outstanding television ;)

I was so hooked on Prison Break, until I missed an episode here, and another one there. It really leaves you in the dark when you miss one show, which is why I never got into 24 and lost. Give me the old fashioned one episode, one story... ok, maybe the occasional two parter :)

I need to catch Friday night Light's sometime... heard it's good...

I'll tell you what, I TRIED watching Prison Break last night, and I was BLOWN AWAY by the continuity errors in their editing! I can count 4 or 5 times when I was like WHOA.... BAD EDIT!

my friends getting me episodes of Entourage, sounds interesting. I've heard good things about battle star gallactica even if i'm not the biggest sci-fi man. Haven't checked out Prison Break yet, they have it here for rent though... hmmm...

I also enjoy the newest seasons of smallville, the production value has gone up astronomically, and i'm a sucker for super heroes.

I would agree about the one episode, one story if things like Tivo's and the internet weren't around. I can't live my life according to a TV schedule but now that i can watch when i want to its much more interesting and i think many TV series will move to this format.

I read an interview with George Lucas not that long ago talking about this how the big films may be translated more into TV mini-series rather than make or break blockbuster films.

(anyone read Terry Goodkinds Sword of Truth fantasy books?) Sam Raimi just won the rights to the first book, TV series to be made after Spiderman 3 finishes. I can't wait!

Mostly commercials. :D

Naw, really, I watch very little tv. If I dont read to fall asleep, I will watch something on Court TV. The guy who narrates Forensic Files has a great voice for putting me to sleep, but I worry about the subject matter being fed unchecked into my subconscience.

Mostly, I watch DVD's...and lately, those have been:

Goodfellas
Slevin
the BTS featurettes on Nacho Libre
Basketball Diaries
Requeim for a Dream (seriously messed me up)

I watch Tavis Smiley and Charlie rose and nothing else. Both on PBS and both commercial free. I really feel like a shithead though because I've never sent PBS a dime and I should because they are wonderful.
