Need Vegas tutorial for a premiere user

[FiddlerMD]

Hi, I've been using premiere for over a year and am getting somewhat frustrated by how clunky and slow it seems to be in certain things. I recently gave Vegas a shot and love how fast it is with previewing effects and such. What i find confusing is the interface (as many of you surely know). Can someone point me to a "vegas tutorial for premiere pro users" type of thing? I saw this somewhere about a month ago but can't for the life of me find it.
Thanks!

I found the Vegas shortcuts thread useful:

Slip and roll editing can only be done through esoteric shortcuts.

2- There are also some free resouces (and links to other resources) on the VASST website.
