Were to buy foam windshields with printed logo?

[Spartacus]

Hey,
I´m looking for places that customize foam windshields with a logo print or this logo boxes you see on reporters`mics.
I only found the Rycote ones so far:
http://www.rycote.com/Smoothies.asp
but there is no direct pricing info for the logo print...
Thanks guys!
