I just spoke with Bernie Keach at Marshall Electronics about all the reported problems with using the V-R70P-HDA with the Panasonic HVX200. There's been so much info being exchanged I needed to talk to someone at Marshall directly.
Here's what he said.
Bernie reports that they have solved the problems and fixed it in software.
This solves the white line along the edge.
This solves the lightning 'pops'.
This adjustment does not make the Marshall only work with the HVX200.
The monitor will work fine with multiple brand cameras.
He very eagerly invites anyone with any questions or issues to contact him and has asked me to post his email address.

He would like to post but has had problems getting that cleared up. Can someone here help him.
I hope I've gotten all this straight and not added to the confusion.
Now I can get one.
Pete
