Film blowup Costs

Can someone point me to a site that has a price list for blowing a 16mm print up to 35mm?

As well, I am looking for the cost of a 16mm release print.

My google searching has yield poor results so far.
 
I'm not experienced here, but I would look into Du Art in New York. I went to their video to film seminar screening and when we discussed prices in private, they seemed much cheaper than anything I'd heard about in California. They have a good reputaion in the indie crowd, although I'm not sure if there's any quality sacrifice with the cheaper prices. Or rather, I don't know if you get BETTER quality from the guys who charge more.

look them up, at the very least they are VERY friendly guys and their facility is impressive.
