What flick have you watched the most?

I've watched Reservoir Dogs countless times. At least 100 times.

At one point I was able to recite the entire script, line for line. LOL.

1- what film have you seen the most overall?

Hmm... would possibly be THE WIZARD OF OZ, counting all of the TV showings since before I was in kindergarten.

Then there's CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND, which I saw about a dozen times in the theater (10 times for the first version, twice for the Special Edition). That was the only movie that I ever felt a compulsion to see again and again during the theatrical run. (Once or twice on TV, and a few times on DVD, might even make this my most-watched film, ahead of OZ.)

2- what film have you watched the most lately?

THE BIRDS is probably next on my list of most-watched films, and I just watched it again a few weeks ago. Probably my favorite movie of all time.

3- realistically, how many times have you seen it?

Off the top of my head, I'd probably say about 10 times for THE BIRDS, but there's no way to know...

It's getting harder and harder to rewatch movies, because as I get older and older time gets shorter and shorter, and I realize how many movies I still haven't seen ONCE!

When I was younger I watched the Tim Burton Batman untill the tape snapped and then I got a new one and wore that out.

Ive also watched all of these alot.
Scarface
Ferris Buellers Day Off
Friday the 13th Part 6 ( I dont know why)
Dumb and Dumber
Goodfellas
Pulp Fiction

I've probably seen Fist Full of Dollars the most number of times (only slightly more than the other eastwood westerns). I've probably seen it around 25 times. Now that I think about it, Stand By Me might be up there pretty high too.

In the last year or so, I've seen American History X & Donnie Darko the most times. I can't get enough of either. Around 6 times each.

1) Star Wars (over 100 times), as a kid I went through 3 VHS versions of it because of the constant viewing. After this would be Jaws, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Thing and Once Upon A Time In The West.

2) The Godfather

3)Star Wars - >100
Jaws >30
2001 >20
The Thing >15
OUATITW >15

I have also seen the ending of the Gladiator way too many times to count. When it was out, I worked in a theatre and would shut down every night. I really loved working there back in high school. For the first month we would show two screenings of it that would be the last two shows ending. I would go stand in the theatre and watch the last ten minutes of them both, this last for about a month, then it got reduced to 1 theatre, which continued for another month. I also use to watch it all the time when it first came out on DVD.

Great list. Many of my favorites.

Bladerunner
The Shawshank Redemption
This is Spinal Tap
Raising Arizona
Risky Business
Apocalypse Now

Donnie Darko is in contention nowadays.

1. Tremors
2. The Return of The Pink Panther
3. The Man in The Moon

These are three movies that I can watch over and over again. The plot is well written and there is good character development. They all have the real life (outdoor) feel that I like and are fun movies.

Let me think....
Lion King
Spongebob
...you know as a father, on the other hand it's Scarface and the butterfly effect
