Hi,

I am trying to buy the 35mm adaptor but it won't accept my adress (australia) at the checkout part. They seem slow to reply to my emails and i have waited about a week after signing up to the forum and still have not had my account activated!

I need to order this soon and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on speeding up this process.

They just promised me on the board that they "usually respond within the hour". Guess that's not always the case.
 
Ok, i emailed Brian and he said i just needed to take out the state and leave that field blank and it worked like a charm.
Orders in and now i sit and wait.

Brian is very helpful when you finally get him, but in general their response time is very slow.
It can be very frustrating, but I always calm down after finally getting Brian involved, so maybe just get used to the drill.
 
Redrock should raise their price a few hundred bucks and hire a couple more people. Brian is great, but he can only do so much for us. I can vouch for his efforts, but at some point they (Redrock) needs to grow and get a full time staff together.

Most of their problems stem from the indie spirit of trying to do, or deliver, too much with too little. It works for a while, and it can get a film out, but it is different when trying to run a successful company.

If the M2 were $300 more and you got it within a week of ordering it, wouldn't it be worth it? I waited 12-14 weeks and had to rent twice. Which was both inconvenient and more expensive.

Well someone in the sales department assured me it would be done in 3-4 weeks so i hope they keep to their word.
 
I'm looking to purchase (2) redrock 35mm lens adapters but can't seem to get a hold of anyone there. I've sent multiple emails and no response. Does anyone know the secret password??
