Where to advertise for festival submissions?

I was recently asked by a start-up film festival organizer (festival to be sponsored by a magazine and she works for the mag) where the best places would be to advertize for festival submissions.

I know I'm missing tons of magazines and tons of websites. Anybody have any other ideas?

Also, they are looking for a female writer/director/producer to do a documentary for them. If you know of anyone you can refer to me I may be able to get them work. Just send me a private message with her contact information.
 
How about Google. Get one of those advert listing for searches that include your city and Movies/Films/Festivals, or other key words that could drive them to your site.
