Premiere pro 2.0 transitions and effects

Would anyone know where i could purchase flash transitions (no cube spin type transitions) or some classy effects.

You can use a frame of white and use a cross dissovle with it. Or you can download some stock flash footages online and insert those over the clip you want to have that flash effect. I know I'm being kind of vauge but experiment, I'm in a little hurry. good luck
 
Depends on what you think are "classy"

In my opinon , anything classy is already included as standard ( Dissolve, wipe namely).

Are you looking for a transition that is actually a "Flash" ? eg cameraflash.aex
