How do I convert a QT filt to a Windows Media file?

Hey guys. Can someone tell me how to export my project to a window media file for a client.
He wants it in Windows Media so that he can put the video I did for him online. And, of course, FCP is QT based.
Is there something in Final Cut Studio or on my quad G5 that is supplied or is there something free online that can convert it? Or do I have to buy some kind of special software? Really trying to avoid the last one, but if I have to....well, then, I have to. Let me know, guys!
