Coolest male lead of all time.

James Dean, though great, emulated every single aspect of his "coolness" from Brando - Dean absolutely worshiped the ground he walked on.

The epitome of cool.

He could kick your a$$ and he could kick my a$$.

Just with his mustache.

Everyone else is competing for second place.

For me, all time: Sean Connery in "Goldfinger"
And speaking of "Sin City", I thought Benicio Del Toro was pretty frickin' cool in that...
Otherwise Harrison Ford: Indy, Han
Connery again in "Hunt For Red October" - extra points added for age-defying coolness
Edward Norton in "Italian Job" (even though his character was a copycat)

How about Bullit-Tooth-Tony and Turkish? They were some cools dudes. I also thought Pierce Brosnan was cool in Tomorrow Never Dies.

Not a movie, but the coolest person I have ever scene on tv or film was Elvis, during his 1968 comeback special. His all black suit and swager is the embodiment of cool
