Help me Owen...you're my only hope

Owen - the one with the moon is spot on... I love it (of course, send others if you have them)....but I'm sending that one to her to see what she thinks.

My 2... euros:
I thinks that the word "reels" is just to technical for the name.
Suggestion, use the word "dreams" or "memories" but in another language ;)

I liked this one... because I think it would become easily recognizable and easy to incorporate into just a bout any media size and framing wise.

But the reels......... hmm Im not sure the name works. With the clouds idea - how about CLOUDED MEMORIES :nads: sorry. Something like umm.... Silverstream Weddings or ???
 
I was thinking maybe "Silver Lining" Films or something. But I did an Isara search and there's already a bridal shop and a media comany named that. D'oh!!!
 
I'm not feeling the Dream Reels name. How about switching the order of the words and using Reel Dreams instead? Dream Reels made me think of Dream Girls, which sounds like a stripclub.

Reel Dreams is also a play on words since it sounds like "real."

This one is the best so far... Larry, you're never gonna find a name you or anybody is fully satisfied with. So if you and you're sister like the Dream Reels name, stick with it... because what ever other name you come up with, you or other people are still going to find little things wrong with it...

I say you stick with the name, and so Far this is the best logo. The only thing about the Logo I may not like, is the Black background.. it just feels too Dark, maybe lighten it up a little, ... Unless Owen the GURU comes up with something better, this is the one. my 2 cents.
 
I agree...you can't please everyone. I like the one in post #18 which is the same as the one above, but with the added moon and stars. I think I could actually utilize both...the more elaborate one with the moon and stars when the logo stands alone. And the one above (originally in post #19) for all other uses (e.g. print, bus. cards, etc, etc).

I'm kinda stuck on this font lately, but you get the idea. Let me know if you want something similar with a different font.

 
hey so good news everyone... the owners of the domain name dreamreel.com said i could buy it off of them for a mere $4500.
