my renders stop at 3.99GB

My Renders Stop At 3.99gb, This Is Really Annoying, Any Ideas Why Or How To Fix It? I Presume Its A Setting Its On But Dont Know How To Change It.

are your hard drives formatted using FAT 32 ? FAT 32 has a 4gig max file size ..
re format using NTFS = no file size limit

No.

That being said, backup everything "important" first.

Not being a trusting soul, I always backup before converting to ntfs. Also when I set "file compression" option, even though that's not supposed to lose anything, either.

IMPORTANT: you will lose stuff if you go the other way. Not that there'd ever be a reason to go back.
 
Be sure to do "Convert partition to NTFS" don't do a Format.

Formatting WILL blow away all your data.
