The Wal Mart Movie Purchase Special

J.R. Hudson

Spirit Animal
That's right

The Double Feature DVD for $13.50

Red Dawn

and

Navy Seals

(Both with Charlie Sheen I might add.)

That's right. I'm bad.

why is it that these twin packs always pair a great movie (Red Dawn) with a turkey (Navy Seals)?

Does this set come with scratch-off lottery tickets and instructions for grooming that killer mullet?

are these dvd's the Fox Special Edition in silver cover? if so, the wal mart i work at has them, but only in full screen. had it not been for that i'd get the double feature they have of John Wayne.

but i can get my Wayne fix in the $5.50 bin... The Shootist and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance for $5.50. :) go through your wal mart's 5.50 bin, you can find a lot of great movies for that low of a price. we have The Untouchables in there as well.

the gf and i picked up "primal fear" and "can't hardly wait" in the 2 for 11 bin.

Guess which one i picked ... ok you got me ... it was can't hardly wait.

I went tonight and could not make a decision

They had

Footloose
The Untouchables
Young Gun's
First Blood
Braindead (Dead Alive)
Pitch Black

I choked; Ill watch Red Dawn.

But Navy Seals was totally fun last night. Bitches.

I got the Pitch Black "Trilogy" about a month ago for less than 14$ at Fry's. My last Wal-Mart purchase was the last 4 Dirty Harry movies. 4.88$ each. Ony one I lack is the original one. They have that one at Frys for 14.99$. Still looking through the Wal-Mart bargin bins for that (I have 3-4 Walmarts within easy access). I Can't tell you how many movies I have bought out of thouse bins, some of them spec and total crap, but others were great. (Also have all the First Blood movies from the 5.50$ bin, of course the best is the first...).

The Thing -and- 12 Monkeys Two-Pack for 9 odd dollars!!!

I shi* you not.

just got a bunch of movies today from wal mart. The Bogart Bacall Collection with To Have and Have Not, The Big Sleep, Dark Passage, and Key Largo. I got Cold Mountain for $9.44, Enemy of the State Unrated Extended Cut for $13.72, and The Colin Farrell Collection with Daredevil Director's Cut (which is better than the theatrical release, Phone Booth, and Tigerland. With my discount from Wal Mart it ended up not being too much of dent in the bank.
