Steely Dan going after Owen Wilson

C'mon. This can't be real. Sure some people may TALK like that, but who'd WRITE like that? LMAO, though.:Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

That was pretty damn funny (that HAD to be very tongue in cheek). I'm kind of digging Steely Dan now.

looks like they're trying to pressure wes anderson now: http://www.steelydan.com/heywes.html

these guys are harsh and lame, i went to their site cause i'm just now discovering their music and was digging them (i know they've been around forever, but im young right?), but after reading these letters i can't say that i respect them at all

This is so stupid.

I've never checked out their music, and I'm certainly not inclined to now.

Read that a little while back (on their site) and had a good laugh over it. Don't know how serious these guys are, or if it's all sarcasm taken to a much higher, refined level than most common folk can comprehend.

Regardless, I kinda like Steely Dan's music - not necessarily enough to buy their albums, but certainly enough to not punch them in the face if I ran into them in a bar or strip mall.

Steely Dan isn't just one guy... right?

Wes Andersen should consider himself totally "on notice".

I still cant wait for The Darjeeling Limited, as well as Fantastic Mr. Fox. And an extremely good point, The Machinist. He has that power...

Steely Dan in all interviews are know for their extremely dry humor, on and off stage.

Well see...I'm sure, what all this means.
