Other than that, there's no way that cart is going 70 mph. You try getting up to 70mph in a parking lot ...during the day. Also, the thing just bounces off of him. A 20-30lb cart moving 70mph would have knocked that guy down. It might have been going 30mph.

I just wasted 3 minutes of my life analyzing this stupid video. :(
