that was awesome. I've been a HUGE TMNT fan since i was a kid. i still play the video games they come out with. Raphael was always my favorite. this looks great. can't wait to see it. i used to (and probably still do) have all the action figures from back in the day. i had clothes hats tons of stuff TMNT. i'm so excited for it.
 
I was waiting for that comedic punch right at the end.

As a hardcore Turtles fan from childhood. I'm reluctant to say how excited I am for this- the new series sucked. This however, looks amazing, and looks like they 'get' the turtles.

I wonder that if Turtles had looked like this when I was a kid, is I would have gotten into visual effects at an earlier age.3

EDIT: I take back what I say about the clunky animation. But I don't think they should be PERFECTLY still in the begining shot. They should have a little movement to them.

****, as a kid, i don't think anyone had more turtles action figures than i, i loved tmnt .... but what happened to asian women dressed up in turtle suits voiced over by americans!?!?! *stares longingly at tmnt trilogy on dvd shelf*

I feel like this is going to be just a long cartoon, which makes me sadder, id much rather see a new live action version, but i guess little kids these days like the cgi more.

no, the first image i saw from previous rendering bfore they arrived at that image maybe... but when did we talk about turtles.....?
 
There was another Turtles thread already. Remember you saying that it sucked.

Either way, does look great though.

By the way, Kevin Munroe (The director of Turtles) Is doing GATCHAMAN--

THought you might be interested in that, Hyler.

I dig his directing style. He's implemented a lot of techniques that I've been studying.

Haven't done too much research on him, but I'd be willing to bet that his influences are eastern.

Nothing that I'd know of. He's got original works coming.

I'm sure, though, after Turtles and Gatchaman that we'll see him pulling out a lot of classic animations.

I really want to see what he does with Gatchaman... I always kinda dug that series.
