What would you love to adapt to screen?

V For Vendetta.

Ender's Game.

If I thought Stranger in a Strange Land could successfully be adapted, I'd want to do that. But I don't. It can't.

And . . . guilty about this one . . . Macross.

Guilty? Are you Crazy?

Dude, you have no idea. Macross Movie would rock. Right along side the Evangelion movie when it finally comes out.

"Clandestine" by James Ellroy

Phenomenal book. Some of the characters from "L.A. Confidential" are in it.

I know his style of writing isn't for everybody but this is one of the best books I've ever read.

Lawrence Block's Hitman and Hitlist books based off of his assasin character John Keller. I would so want Jason Stratham to play Keller and Jack Nicholson to play Donald Messler. I was watching one of Nicholson's earliest films called "The Terror" today with Boris Karloff, and directed by a young Francis Ford Coppola. It was an amazing horror film and it made me miss the early days when Nicholson was a serious actor. I also recently saw that movie he did with Adam Sandler "Anger Management"... it was a seriously upsetting sight.

I think a modern day adaptation of Shakespeares Henry VIII would be pretty cool. Instead of the French and English Armies in battle Iwas thinking along the Large Corporations in Battle kind of thing.....does any of that make sense?

So kinda like Scotland PA, but for Henry VIII. Makes sense to me.

'Coz as cool as Macross is, it's not exactly a great human drama like the other three I mentioned.

Meh. Nothing wrong with making something entertaining. Everything doesn't have to be a "City of God".

you got to be kidding on Jack's early movie with Karloff as i recall didn't that have Price and Lorre in it too. he was very young and had no character then.

An adaptation of the SNES game ChronoTrigger would be cool, definately agree with Macross, something inspired by portions of Aleister Crowley's life and/or writings, Jim Jones and Jonestown story, and a remake of The DaVinci Code

Man, I'd fear for Chrono Trigger's integirty if anyone ever tried to adapt it. I wouldn't even try, and I'm a huge fan.

The subject matter's perfect... you'd have to do someting along the lines of, though.

I always thought about nixing the entire beginning of the story and starting where Crono dies--

Covering the adventure from that point on. So the story would focus more on his resurrection and then the battle at the end of time.

I'd like to adapt Stephen King's Dark Tower books into an animated series.

My dream live action adaptation would be Dark Knight Returns, but I'd settle for adapting Batman Beyond :P

I would want to see a movie based off of the video game Halflife (one or two). I like the concept of one, but the second has a plot more suitable.

i thought they already had this in the works ... but then again i may just be dumb
