hmmm..... it's going to be good. Tito's training just seems to be better. Tim's and Andrei's are top notch! i think Tito has lost some of his hunger for the sport as a fighter but his hatred could fuel the fire once again.Ken on the other hand has a lot to prove since he got shut down in the series ULTIMATE FIGHTER as a coach while Tito just out shined him in being the coach to the "kids" as he called them, maybe letting us in on maybe he's going to retire soon. well i think Ken will be in better shape this time as in fighting wise and not so much weight lifting shApe. i think Andrei will take Tim with a knockdown then submisson prefferable choke because that animal will not give up til he's knocked unconcious. anyhows that's my perspective.......

anybody going to watch the fights, it's on at my place

I wish I was parked on your sofa tonight... so long as there's no wine and cheesecake involved (that's just not right between two guys...) - nttawwt. :)

Is this on pay-per-view? Where can I find it?

One of the most boring UFC's I've ever seen. Except for Joe Stevenson. He's a friend of mine and it's good to see him back in shape.

damn you said it! all the hype. jeesh, i was surprized at Arlosky fighting he looked gun shy and no takedowns?

big waste of money.

especially that tito/ken fight.

What the hell? Why were they so quick to call it off?

Granted, ken was in trouble and might have been a few elbows shy of getting his sh!t messed up, but they could have at least waited another 5 seconds to see if he could have recoverd and defend himself intelligently.

The Arlosky fight was just as bad. It was like watching a second rate boxing match. I would have actually preffered it end as quick as the tito fight so I didn't have to waste my time watching it.

Man, I've been watching these things from the start, since I was a freakin kid, and this is bar none the worst event I've seen.

BOOOOOOOOOOO!

Found this old post. Always glad to talk about MMA. I want Tito Rich Franklin. Or Tito Chuck again. Oh, and I think George St. Pierre deserves another shot at Hughes, and I believe he'll beat him.

Sanchaz/Parisian was awesome. The tooth getting knocked out in slo mo was interesting to say the least. I'm not a big Parisian fan, but after what I thought was a thumb to the eye(just from the way he reacted), I was very impressed with the fight in him. The judo throws rocked.

He had the fight for a while... then the 3rd round happened and Sanchez must have ate some spinach. That was impressive. The way the last 30 seconds went, there was no doubt the bout was his.

Saw the Ortiz/Griffin fight on Unleashed the night before... another excellent fight, very entertaining. Most people thought Griffin was robbed, but if you used a point system, Ortiz blocked most of Griffin's strikes, owned the first round and had way more take downs. 5 round fight, probably would have found Griffin the winner, but when it ended Tito was the deserving winner.

karo/diego was one of the sickest fights I've ever seen.... really close, back and forth battle.... both fighters looked great

Babalu vs Chuck? I think Chuck takes it.... but i really want Babalu to choke him unconscious

Ken is a has been and he's to old to keep up with Tito. I think Tito will take it.

Diego Sanchez is the man!

Im not a fan of sanchez to much. He gained a little more cred with me with his fight against parisian, but i think parisian should have taken the desision. I saw snachez only owning the third round with parisian regaining the 1st and taking the second.
The new ultimate fighter season doesnt look to promising. I dont have PPV so i miss a lot of fights. I really want to see Luke Kumo fight again.

I disagree, Sanchez had round 1 and 3 without a doubt. Parisian may have judo tossed him a couple times late in the first round but he really didn't do any damage. Sanchez in the other hand threw nuckles and elbows causing huge damage to parisians face. But I can't say that parisian didn't put up a good fight. He hung in there till the end, hence a great UFC match.

i agree he had more strikes and in control most of the time. it's funny about the knuckle in the eye, it really hurts cause i was rolling around with one of my private student and just learning ground work and he went agro a little and hit me with his thumb right on the eyeball oooww man that hurt. i've been punched and kicked but most of the time hitting on the cheek and the brow bone which hurts but right on the eyeball is a different kind of hurt.
