Yeah, if you film and edit, what are you "officially" called...
a video-editor? A videographer?
A filmediting guy?
What does it say on your cards?

well, in spanish the word from cam op is "camarografo" That's what I use when I'm in spanish speaking countries

Hi,
I am Venezulean and if I may just add my 2 cents about the spanish translations:

Cineasta refers to "filmmaker" and in mind mind carries a heavy of a director or auteur connotation. I would personally refrain from using the word filmmaker if you're not a scriptwriter/director, but that's personal preference.

Camarografo refers to a cameraman/operator though it can be understood to be a cinematographer.

If you are a DP then Camarografo would be ok, but cinematografo, or videografo (for a videographer) would be the correct terminology.

Lastly if by film and edit you mean you shoot the video and edit it (are we talking fiction here or something with little to no direction?) then I think videographer or videografo would be the best term.
