I film with a DVX-100B wide-aspect, and export with premiere at Pixel Aspect Ratio: D1/DV NTSC (0.9), because that's what it says the Aspect Ratio for my clip is (I didn't realize that at first, hence... the following video).

Whenever I try to put a title screen on the video, the same effect happens. It looks fine in Premiere's preview window, but when I export it, it shrinks the video, putting black borders on all 4 sides, only for the duration where the title shows up.
I went to the properties of the Title screen and saw the Pixel Aspect ratio for it was 1.2, but it wouldn't let me change it. How can I?
The same border problem happens when I have video in two layers overlapping (so I just.. don't do that anymore...) and also when I apply reverse speed to any segment. That segment shows up in the exported clip with black borders on all sides instead of just top and bottom.
I'm pretty new and clueless, I've been winging it so far without title screens or video transitions.
Here's the video I mentioned earlier exported at the correct Aspect Ratio. Much better.. but too late for the contest. Hehe.

Here's another one. I used a title screen in this one, but only at the beginning. The title screen isn't adjacent to the video, and I couldn't use Crossfade because it was shrinking the final video. But it came out alright. (Warning: F word is present, said in a Duke Nukem voice)
