editing workflow of upside down video from an adapter

when you guys actually edit an extensive piece, what is the order of your workflow being that all the footage is upside down. i can imagine it being a big headache to actually edit something upside down (something im sure no one does) on adobe premier 6 or reexporting everything right side up first then editing.

any input is appreciated.
 
In my editor, it is realtime. I just put the video on the timeline and tell it to mirror it and turn it upside down. It does it in realtime. Then I save it to a file. I then load that file in and edit it normally. It is not that big a deal.

i have dual cpu's at 3.73 and thier dual core, so i have no problem rendering it out. It takes about... 15mins for 1 hour of video.
 
I use Adam's Flip plug-in for Vegas (much faster rendering than using Vegas built-in tools.) Works like a charm and is quite speedy.
