prob dodging the tax man.. but hey, if peeps in need get it then good for him. hopefully he starts a trend with all the mega rich. would be great if he gave some of it to ISARA. :)

By the way, Jimmy Buffett is crazy successful - having retained the publishing rights to all his songs, parlayed his restaurants into a very successful chain, written his books (big sellers all) and catering to the parrot heads with merchandise galore. His last album hit #1 on the US charts.

And he flies (and has crashed) his own amphibious aircraft. And I understand he's the kind of guy who never says "sorry" - because he doesn't have to. One of those guys you'd like to have a drink with - and there's dang few of those around. For us more mature folk this lyric rings true:

I checked out his Margaritaville in Vegas. It's a jumpin' li'l joint with live music.

soorweee guys, yea I sometimes drive my friends and family nuts also, yea its a bad habit of mine just over explaining stuff, usually they say "Anhar, SHUT UP" and then I grumble to my self hehe :)

PS just to answer the solution is (I think, it was only a quick calculation on the back of a napkin):

[r*V*A]1 = [r*V*(R-m*h)^2*Pi]2 (where m in this case is the gradient of the bucket sides)

basically if ya fill faster than it drains, its gonna fill up,
if ya fill slower than it drains its gonna empty,
if ya fill at the same amount it drains its gonna stay the same.
