Fade In . . . Fade Out

[dregenthal]

This may be obvious to some, but I can't figure it out . . .

Can some one tell me how to fade in (from black) at the beginning of my first clip on the timeline . . . and/or how to fade to black at the end of the last one?

I hate being a dumba** . . . but I sure am good at it!

Thanks.
