Starting my own business: How much to charge?

My brother and I are going to be starting a video production business shortly (though it'll be just me until next summer) and I was wondering how much I ought to charge? I'll most likely be producing commercials for other small businesses around town for the first year, but when my brother comes on (he's a business and marketing double major and I'm the technical and creative one) he says he can bag some bigger clients particularly in the high class hotel and resort industry (which is what he works in now). Here's my equipment (minus of course the things you would naturally assume such as wind protection and what not):

Sound:
Schoeps CMIT 5U
Schoeps CMC641
Oktava MC012
Sound Devices 702
Sound Devices 302

Lighting:
1 Arri Fresnel 150
2 Arri Fresnel 300's
1 Arri Fresnel 650

Video:
Panasonic HVX 200 (with P2 cards)

Also, I'm 23 years old right now but but I have been doing this sort of work (though admitedly not as this level) for nearly a decade now. My last kit was basically a Canon XL1 and the Sennheiser Me66K (booooo).

You have a nice ENG package there but what to charge is usually determined by:

1. your experience
2. your location
3. the job
4. your negotiating skills :)

You will get a lot more input if you post this question in the business section.

I didn't even realize there was a business section! LOL1 I've mainly just been coming here about the audio stuff and I must have missed it entirely!
