Sekonic Light meter - Anyone havea manual?

I have a Sekonic L-206 lightmeter.

Anyone know how to use it properly. i think i got it figured out but imconfused about the settings. it has three settings. H L and B.C

i have no idea what BC does.

H and L seems to be High and Low. If you have one you know what im talkign about.
