I have a 150-minute PAL project completed on the timeline in FCE. I need to produce an NTSC DVD. Apart from the final quality of the footage, I'm worried about the 1000's of titles in this project and I'd like to minimize their jagged look after conversion. Will the results be better if
A) I export the PAL project straight to MPEG2 with NTSC settings using FCE's Quicktime Conversion? (Export > Using Quicktime Conversion > MPEG2 > NTSC settings)
or
B) I first convert the timeline to NTSC using some other software, then export the converted timeline to MPEG2? If this is the better option, which software to use for the PAL-NTSC timeline conversion?
or
C) another way that I don't know about?
Any advice appreciated.
