Disable conforming of audio files - is it possible?

Hi, i dont need audio in my project. Is it possible to turn off conforming audio files and save some disk space?

I'm confused, if you don't need audio and edit video only then there is no audio to conform?
 
What version of PPro do you have? I don't think this is possible in v1 but I believe it is possible in 1.5 and is almost certainly available in 2.

No, audio conforming can not be turned of in any version of PPro.

PPro 1.x conforms all audio. PPro 2.0 does not conform all audio though.

Premiere pro 7.0
 
Capture your files as video only maybe. I am not sure if a pk file is created for silence though.
 
If you've already captured your footage with audio and you do video only editing on your timeline, are you saying that PPro conforms the audio for that clip anyway?
 
i captured video using Scenalyzer. So i need to import it to Premiere. Than every piece of footage is conformed (captured with function like scene detect enabled).
