Bruce the Wonder Yak!

You can call upon Bruce, a Wonder Yak, in FCP when you are feeling the stress of editing.

In FCP, press Option + J

In the window, type "Bruce", and then use the left arrow key to delete the Shift arrow.

Drag the icon with Bruce into any of the customizable toolbar windows.

Click on him, and patiently watch BRUCE THE WONDER YAK!

The Bruce the Wonder Yak Easter Egg has been confirmed on

Final Cut Pro 4.5 HD
Final Cut Pro 5 HD
and
Final Cut Express 3 HD

This is a well guarded secret that is only passed from editor to editor by mouth. Yes, it's on the internet... but that doesn't mean you should ever... EVER post it.

If it's on the internet then it's really not that much of a "well-guarded secret". Besides passing things on by mouth is the same as emailing someone the info. I found out about Bruce in a Mac magazine a couple years back...it's out there.
