'Dirty Film' effect in FCP

I am looking for a way (or a plugin) that will give me the 'dirty film' effect in FCP. You know, the one with the lines and hairs etc that flow through the frame. Also, the frame marker numbers that flow through as well. Is there a specific plugin that gives this effect? I want to pair it with a strobe effect that drops frames to give a good sped up moving picture shot...

Any help or insight is appreciated.

Nattress makes some nice plugins including:

It includes a plugin called "G Film Damage"

You can export from QT Pro and turn on film damage filter with different settings.
