Why cannot import P2 MXF files in FCP 5?

In my FCP 5, I found it can import "Panasonic P2". I downloaded some HVX200 MXF files but cannot import them. Only the files in P2 device can be imported?
Or something to be noticed?
 
You need the complete directory structure (CONTENTS, AUDIO, CLIP, VIDEO, ICON) etc. If you don't have that properly structured, FCP won't know how to import the clips.
