Export to movie issue!!!

When i export a video from my camera, it looks very "sliced up" as it is being exported. Then when i watch the video in premiere, it looks perfectly okay. However, when i export that "perfectly looking" video, to a movie, it goes back to that distorted "sliced up" look. What the heck is wrong/going on???
 
the video you're making is interlaced...two fields shown (NTSC) at 1/60th of a second apart from each other...and meant for televisions or interlaced formats. when you watch that footage on a computer monitor it shows it as progressive...in frames...so you are seeing two fields of information at one time.

unless you knew that and you're dealing with something else...my bad.
