Looking for New Mattebox & Follow Focus to go along with M2

Two questions:

For about $2000. What would be the best mattebox for the M2 and Where can I get a good follow focus for it. I am using Nikon lenses if that helps any.

Also, as I am new to the whole 35 mm adapter thing. Any good reading for creating DOF, Apertures, Fstops and such??
 
I have the IndieFocus and a CAvision Mattebox. The entire rig ran me under $1000. It's not a Chrosiel, but it didn't cost as much either. Bang for the buck it works fine. I'm a spoiled Union A.C. accustomed to working with top of the line gear, and I'm looking the other way on Aircraft Part Precesion and going with something I can deal with and then spend the money I saved elsewhere...
