Dynophos softbox with Lowel D Light - config help needed

Hi there,

I'm trying to make a Dynaphos softbox (the big one) work with an older Lowel D light (see pic). The Dynophos ring doesn't seem to be at all compatible. Any suggestions on what might help this combo? Also I have a Tota if that's easier.

I seem to remember a post about this a while back. It may be some work, but check some searches.

I personally do not have the dynaphos, but have been tempted.

Thx, I'll dig around some more. I got it from Amvona on ebay for 50$. It looks really good with 1k of light blasting through it.

Yea, I've heard good things about it. Does the screen look durable?

Seems fine to me. It's my 1st one to own, so I don't have much of a baseline for comparison.

I think the ring that the Dynaphos comes with will only fit thier Photoflex Starlite copy.

I have a Photoflex Speed Ring for the Lowel DP. Should be compatible with the D. I'll take $50 plus shipping if your interested.
