Not to sound sappy or anything but I think she's kind of great.

Would I ever put her on in the background while I had dinner guests? No.

But its kind of nice to read about this person with NO ability or talent that just loved doing this so much that it caused "global swarming" to her webiste to the tune of 8 to 10,000 a day.

Yes I went there to laugh at her, but then its just kind of sweet. She knows she's not very good from reading all her comments "I just hop you think I am improving" etc. but is comepletely commited to doing this because she loves singing.

$5.95 a subscription plus download fees is probably some incentive too, but she listend to "Highway to Hell" ten times a day in prep for recording her AC/DC album in an attempt to ge it right. She could just sing crappy and let teh world love/makefun/love to make fun of her and cash in but she's very dedicated to the craft of being a very bad singer.

What's kind of sweet about it to me is that unlike those tragic cases on American Idol where the people come out and sing like a goose fart on a muggy day thinking they are brilliant, this lady sucks, she knows she sucks, her fans know she sucks, and they are all just as happy as clams to have found each other and to be doing what they are doing.

Just nice to see the little guy succed for no other reason than the love of and sheer joy they take from what they are doing.

I have to get more sleep ... been up for 2 days working on my hero fest short and I always turn into Andersen Cooper or Oprah when I've had no sleep.
