Good Way To Mark Title Safe on LCD?

Is there some sort of product, say a sticker, or a way to mark where T.V. Safe (Title safe) is on my LCD so I never frame too tight again. Thanks.

i have one of their overlays and it is great. protects my lcd too!!!
