Tasteless Movie Concepts

I still like the David Byrne script idea... clone Jesus. Scientists take some blood off the Shroud of Turin and make a clone of Jesus. But they screw up and he turns into some maniacal killer with supernatural powers. Maybe he GIVES people leprosy?

Actually, it got greenlighted because Vince McMahon, the president of WWE, decided that it would be a great idea to start starring wrestlers in films. If you think about it, imagine the huge following of wrestling fans that watched the movie. It made over $4 million in the first weekend against Over the Hedge and Da Vinci Code, with half as many screens.

Sure, the idea may be crappy, but it's all about the money, this studio doesn't care about making an impression. Watch out for "The Marine" the second movie that WWE films will be producing, about, un-ironically, a marine.

I also just saw See No Evil, and although I supported why it was not a terrible concept, it is officially a terrible movie anyways
