I cook full meals 2 or 3 times daily. I make my own bread, make my own soups, love cooking with wine, butter, heavy cream, and all kinds of uber-hot pepper.

One of my favs is drunken/beer but chicken with rosemary and thyme. You can even use dr pepper instead of beer. Drunken chicken is the greatest thing ever. Even better thann sliced bread.

Cooking is a hell of a lot simpler than people think. It's just like the media we make, knowing what will go with what, why, and how long. Pretty simple stuff.

As part of my 1 k video, i'll prolly have a short about cooking something.

I use those ↑sometimes as well,

but 9 outta 10 times I use http://www.recipezaar.com/ (like IMDB, it's one of those sites that really makes my stop and appreciate the internet)

I cook outside, with fire. Chicken, ribs, pork, etc it all comes off my grill or out of my meat smoker, come to think of it, it's time to light a fire.

Heres a funny story. I was on a plane and as we were coming into Laguardia airport the stewardess gets on the mic and says in the most sweetest, little town in the middle of no where, perfect, never been in the ghetto, sing songy little voice, "We should be landing in Newark.... oops, my bad, Laguardia." It was almost like a SNL skit or something. Anyways, if this doesnt seem funny then I guess you had to have been there. :)
