I am going to start teaching screenwriting again in the fall. I have purchased the domain name NJFilmSchool.com and I want to have my web site up in the next few months.

I am no artist though and I would like to hire someone to create a logo.

Any suggestions on where to find someone for custom logo creation?

I definitley suggest Owen. He creates amazing logos for many of us at DVXuser and if he does that for free...imagine what he'd do for a price. Just a suggestion and if I think of any others I'll post back.

Wow, I love that Lake Films logo! I can't believe you did that so quickly. Beautiful.

As for mine, I think what you did is fun, but I am not looking for a quick and dirty freebie (wow, that sounds naughty).

I would like to find a graphic artist I can work with, describe the project and my ideas, and then work through some different styles, colors, etc.

I am of course prepared to pay for this.

Owen, is this the kind of thing you do? Are there others here I should be talking to? Are there specific web sites for this sort of thing I should check out?

Yep -- we can work on a non-quick-and-dirty logo for sure. I prefer hearing descriptions and ideas as it gives a better approach to the design. PM me if you want to get started. If I can't come up with anything that touches your soul there is always Craigs List! :)

lol.....Almost makes me feel guilty asking what you can do with "BrownDogg Productions"

I'm just getting into photoshop and learning its magical tools.
