Actually it's German, Polish, Russian, and some other Slavic stuff, not really sure, but mostly German & Polish.

Funny this came up. I just found out I'm a quarter Nicaraguan the other day. Turns out my grandmother was from there.

Anyway, I'm half Scottish, 1/4 Mexican, 1/4 Nicaraguan.
 
I honestly have no idea. My father was adopted, so I really don't know where that side of me came from, I think my moms side came from Germany

Wow, so many germans around here. Then why do we have to talk this stupid english language? :)

I'm german and I don't know of any non-german ancestors in my family for at least 5 generations.
 
When I was a small boy my grandfather told me he was part Indian (Native American) and I, excitedly, asked what tribe. He said "Blackfoot" and as I looked on in awe, he finished, "...wanna see?" as he jokingly started to take his shoe off :grin:

Actually, I am a wide variety of nationalities, but some of the larger ones are English (British - both of my father's parents had ancestors that were on the Mayflower)), French, German, and Native American (a couple tribes - blackfoot being one of them, for real).

Also, I am related to Abraham Lincoln on my mother's side. And, if Lincoln had married Anne Rutledge before she died, then I would be related to him on my father's side as well (now that I say that, it sounds kind of creepy :grin: )

There is also a Rutledge that signed the Declaration of Independence...and we have traced our roots directly to him. :thumbsup:

Ethnic heritage: Sicilian/Lebanese (Mom) & Scotts-Irish/English (Dad)

There's probably a little more in there but those are the biggins.

On a side note, I've traced my roots right back to Rebecca Nurse of the 17th century. She was one of the "witches" executed during the infamous Salem Witch Trials of Salem, Massachusetts.
