DAmn.... thats camera nerd to the Nth degree...............

Ya' know... my gamma was a little off this morning now that you mention it.

*I was either gonna' say that or that I needed to get more fiber because it was blurry.

Or I was gonna' say that you should have asked your friend if that messed up his white balance.

I hope he reads this...... cause he knows who he is....... BWAHAHAHHA

i promised him it was gonna make it to the boeard.

Does the title of the post provide a clue as to who it is? Cuz I noticed... something.

ha! Ha!

I just saw this thread!

March before last shortly after my 33rd birthday, my esophagus ruptured and I nearly died because I had no pains or nausea so I didn't know that I was internally bleeding for a day and a half (black poo = old blood)

then late in the 2nd day I felt tired and woosey and vomited blood, and then kept vomiting it

by the time I got to the hospital the ER docs were talking to MY GF about my next of kin contact numbers as they were afraid I wouldn't make it

but after pumping my stomach it looked like I would be OK even though I'd lost over 2 pints of blood ( like getting shot)

They didn'ty transfuse me with new blood because mine was very healthy and they wanted to let my body heal it self, so I spent 3 days in intensive care, a weak week, a semi up to speed 2 months, and had to swear off asprin and tums / rolaids forever and beer for a couple of months

But yes I did describe my poo to Timur as master ped - 16

I didn't know that master ped -16 poo was cause for panic ... I thought it was because I was drinking less cokes so maybe that's what healthy poo looked like.

Thanks, but it was a while ago though.

... I guess I should say the cause so something useful comes out of this thread other than DVX nerd Poo humor

CAUSED BY ...

way too much tums - I couldn'r remember a time when I didn't have Tums or Rolaids in my car and in my pocket and at my desk when the doctors asked me - at least 10 years, plus stress due to being very busy in theatre gigs and teaching college for the first time ever at two universities, plus aspirin for a few days, plus one beer in a week = exploding esophogus.

Tums and Rolaids are crap. They have no healing value, they only ease symptoms and actually cause your stomach to produce more acid. I take Prilosec every day now as a preventitive and have had zero problems for a year and half, knock on wood.

Welcome to western medicine. That's basically what most everything does. It's designed to ease the symptoms but not cure you. Curing would = less $$$.

So your thing is heartburn? Take something natural and acidic. Take a shot of lemon juice, or vinegar. Then your stomach gets a healthy dose of acid and its sensors say "Wow I don't need to produce any more acid" and your acid shuts off. It sounds nuts but it works.
