Switching insides - PowerMac

I currently have a PowerMac 1.6ghz. I may be able to get a dual 1.8ghz for very cheap which doesn't have a superdrive, HD, or Ram. The case is also banged up. Is it possible to simply switch the insides of the dual 1.8 and put it in the 1.6 case?

If it is possible, I would pay someone to do it. I wouldn't recommend doing this by yourself unless you know exactly what you're doing.
