URGENT: Can't remove 24Pa pulldown from DVCPro50

A few weeks ago, I was able to remove the 24Pa pulldown from my DVCPro50 footage shot with the HVX. After importing the P2 cards, I was able to click the mov files in the Browser, then go to Tools > Remove Advanced Pulldown, and it would work.

Now, I'm using the same method, and it's not recognizing the clips as DVCPro or DVCPro50 and won't remove the pulldown.

the only thing I did to my machine was to add a Decklink Pro HD card so I could monitor my footage.

Any ideas?

I removed the Blackmagic drivers for the Decklink and now I can import NEW clips and remove the pulldown. I can't remove the pulldown on the clips that were exported while the driver was installed.
