Coming Soon - Titanic Part 2...

Ok, I'm not a big fan of the gag trailer.

Granted, The Shining Redux was a keeper...
and the first couple of Brokeback spoofs were mildly amusing (the other 709 that followed, however...)

All that being said, I think this one was fairly well done. It looks like this guy took his time in cutting it. Enjoy...

That was well done. The scary part is that I am afraid Hollywood will actually want to do something like this.

Damn you, you scared the crap outta me with the title of this thread.

That's just mean man.

Cool link though

Was really funny, the guy used clips from a lot of films.
I even saw a little piece from The Hulk :nads:

Damn that thing fooled me. Really, but I was just going to say that it serioulsy looked like crap.

Cool one :)

damn you callaghan ... my computer saw titanic and two grouped together and it instantly exploded ... you owe me a new powerbook.

It was clever editing, BUT I'm going out on limb here and play the party pooper:
although this is all the fad nowadays, I can't help to wonder about where and how it became acceptable to use copyrighted materials like this.
There is a somewhat common [mis?]conception that it's okay for use as parody/satire, sure, but I still prefer a creative work that is void of ripping off someone else's work.

Hey, just an opinion.

Even though while watching this we all recognize familiar movie clips, one part really stuck out to me, and that was where he was sitting in the audience watching Titanic: The Musical. That would probably be a really horrific experience if you were actually from that event and you are watching the present day reenactment, turned and twisted into its adapted materialistic profitable form.
That would make a great movie in itself - coming from the past and seeing the futures take on something you experienced. Cool...
