B&H Closed Weds. 4/12-Thurs. 4/20

[MsManhattan]

I don't know if anyone else has posted this -- I tried to do a search but got no results, so, here it is:

B&H is closed starting at 7 p.m. (ET) today through Thursday, April 20, for Passover.

Web site orders will be processed on a limited schedule:
No orders accepted from 7:30 p.m. Wednesday 4/12 to 9 p.m. Saturday 4/15 and from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday 4/18 to 9 p.m. Thursday 4/20. (All times Eastern)

Just posting in case anyone was planning on getting supplies for HeroFest (as we were)...

B & H is owned by Hassidic Jewish people. It's the same reason they are closed on Saturdays but open on Sundays. They take their faith very seriously.

When we first moved to NC we got this card that said, Shalom Ya'll.

That made my father laugh.

Yeah, I just found out about this. I just ordered a Digital SLR camera, now I have to wait almost two weeks before I'll get it. I didn't know until after I placed the order.

I thought about cancelling my order and going with buydig, but apparently I can't even do that. Guess I'll just have to wait.
