Podcasts: Creation of RSS Feeds

[Terry_Lasater]

So, does anyone here know much about the creation of RSS feeds via XML for podcasting?

I use Macs and downloaded a trial version of FeedForAll software, but after stepping through the 'Wizard' three times, I still get validation errors.

I know very little about creating a website, yet I have three of them that I attempt to maintain. I'm trying to get regular podcasts set up on two of them. One has a blog-like front page created in MovableType and a phpBB forum. The second is a forum only (vBulletin) but I'm having someone create a front page for it (possibly with MovableType also).

Check out my blog below click on the ipod to see if it opens in itunes as a podcast.

If you do this little thing for me and report back with your findings I shall divulge the ancient and mystic ways of Podcasting.

Ok...I clicked on the iPod and it opened iTunes and loaded in Hemingway. Very Cool! So now I will wait for the mystic ways

Hey Nicholas,

I clicked the iPod on your blog and the Hemingway video opened up in iTunes ready to play. That's a cool video. Did you shoot it and do all the compositing?

If you have any RSS feed creation tips for me, maybe you could PM me as I'm afraid this topic doesn't interest many and will soon be buried.

I appreciate it.

Terry

Yes Terry I shot it and did all the composoting myself (damn hard work) and with the new music video i'm shooting I certainly won't be doing it again.
