Mariachi Film Festival

I'll check out the website later, but can you give a quick explanation of what kinds of films you are looking for? Do you want features, shorts? Are you open to all genres of films, or just specific ones?

Thanks for the info and I'm looking forward to checking out the site. Is there any connection between the name and mariachi music?

Peace,
Larry

Hey Larry. We want short films. The connection is not with Mariachi music but rather mariachi style filmmaking brought to prominance by Rbbert Rodriguez.
We want low budget films (cannot of cost the filmmakers more than $250 and must have been shot digitally).
Yeah please check out the site. Theres a cool trailer we made for it on there.

The new website looks awesome. Also see a Disney Animator is a new addition to the judging panel. Got some high profile guys as judges.
Very impressive!
