Embarassing Pop Culture Confessions

I have the theme song to Hunter, Gummi Bears, Duck tales , Darkwing Duck , Gargoyles , Knight Rider and Macguyver on my phone

my only admit is that i stop flipping thru the channels when i see Laguna Beach jailbait on the screen
 
I dont really have any pop culture embarassments. I never watch tv, I don't really own any dvds... Whenever my fiance watches something I don't wanna watch, I just leave the room. I don't make her watch house of the dead 2, she doesn't make me watch the color purple or avalon.

Back on topic. I have a bunch of comic books but I'm not embarassed by them. I still have my gi joes, but they're all in boxes, nothin like on display. I have a dumbledore figurine from the first harry potter movie on my dresser, but he's worth like 80 bucks. Is that lame?

I have a little wind up hulk figure on my desk, I guess thats pretty dorky.

EDIT: Anyone who has a ring tone other than the one that is built in to the phone SUCKS! GET A LIFE :)

You must not get that many phone call because after a while you get tired of hearing that same ring and want to chuck that phone out the window
 
when i hear some idiot's phone ring with "macarena" or Tupac or some other lameass song, i want to throw their phone out of a window while its still in their pocket - so they can go too :nads:

i always hear the hills are alive with the sound of music when i'm hiking in the mountains, but what's really bad is i start twirling and dancing like a lil girl:love4:
 
Years ago I was hooked on TLC's (The Learning Channel) series of reality shows; A Dating Story, A Wedding Story, and A Baby Story. I'll admit it, each time the baby was born I would get choked up. It was a roller coaster ride of emotions. I would seriously watch hours of it a day. But why didn't TLC produce "A Conception Story" ? It's the only thing missing from the series. :)
 
I collect Casablanca/Bogart memorabilia like a mad man. Anything I can get my hands on, in fact, I grab (especially the vintage chatchkies.) I have several Christmas ornaments, figurines, sheet music, stamps, advertisements, 12'' figures, you name it. Can't say that I'm embarrassed by them, though...I have quite a few of them displayed right on my office wall.

Also, though not as extensive, I have a nice stash of Rat Pack collectibles.

While not 'pop' culture, I collect first edition, signed, and antique books. I have a lot of books.

Speaking of collecting, we had to answer these survey things at work and one of the questions was "What do you collect". I answered 'Dust' and thought it was really funny. Corporate HR contacted me (I didn't realize these surveys were sent to HR) and wanted me to explain my answer. They didn't see the humor in it and thought I might have been a deranged serial killer or something...
