Troma to distribute HUNTING CAMP...your 2 cents requested...

Congrats man, I've been following you for a while now, you deserve it will all that hard slog you've put in. Its awesome man your a Troma dude!!
I'm sure this is just the start.
Let it go and move on, you've answered your own question, it was a short. We all know that they have a limited span, time to make a long, or maybe a mid!

Thanks J! Yeah, seems to be the concensus. I guess I just needed to run it past all of you to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious. I know you guys would tell me if I was screwing up here.

Realistically, the commercial distribution market for shorts is extremely limited. Since you don't want to continue flogging the discs yourself, this is a sweet ending for Hunting Camp. I'd definitely go for it, *but* all contracts are negotiable, so why not have your lawyer amend the contract for joint distribution rights for your short. They might say no, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

trey parkewr and matt stone said they got jipped though and sold cannibal the musical for 7 dollars, they regret it now becuase they saw alot of money out it but they dont get it.

Well, I'll give it a shot. I emailed Troma and will post when I have an update.

True, but Cannibal wasn't a short though. And they keep taking cameo roles in Troma features and flicks, so I don't think they are too too bothered by the whole situation...
